The book is a true story.
Two woman is a soft target after winning a great amount of money at a casino.
The harsh reality of a hi-jacking and the fight to flee, while being hunted down and shot multiple times.
The will to live and be their for their young children, let’s the driver push fear aside, and chase away when the hi-hackers blindly shoot them at a stop street. After chasing away, they are then forced off the road again. Miraculously they escape again to reach the Hospital – hopefully in time.
Countless more incidents happen afterwards, forcing the author and her children into witness protection.
About the Author
Erica Carsten
Currently, I am a 67-year-old active individual with two happily married children and four grandchildren. I am a qualified Foundation Phase Teacher and the proud owner of a Nursery School. Although I am still hands on, I am now not teaching full time anymore. With more time on my hands, I knew I had to share my story with all after surviving a life-changing, brutal attack in 1998.
Second to my love for children, I adore my four-legged furry friends and realistic oil painting. This memoir is my first book. It is the first time I share all the inside facts and the path I and my two children had to go through. (A must share that will inspire all.)
